Our Story

Years ago, I was freelancing as a video editor. I realized that I needed help with the editing to make the process faster and more efficient. That was the first time I tried outsourcing video editing, and it was what made me realize how difficult it can be, especially if you don’t have a big budget.

I had a few bad experiences with outsourcing video editing. I worked with editors who had poor manners, haggled over revisions, and delivered poor quality work. I also had to deal with not having a workflow, which meant a ton of missing files and a lot of miscommunication. The entire experience left me feeling stressed, burnt out, and wanting something better.

What I wanted was a fast, responsive, and dedicated video editor who could deliver high-quality work with as little miscommunication as possible. Ultimately, that’s what prompted me to start Vid Mighty.

After a year, we now have an established team that has served a ton of creators. We’re confident that we can deliver the experience I wanted for myself back in the day for you.

We offer a wide range of video editing services, but there are a few things we don’t do.

  • We don’t record voiceovers.
  • We don’t create cartoons. However, we can edit videos that contain cartoons.
  • We don’t edit music videos. However, we can edit videos that contain music.
  • 2D and 3D animations.
  • We don’t edit short-films. If you have a short-film that you need edited, we recommend that you hire a video editor who specializes in short-film content.
  • We don’t edit 360 degree footage. However, we can edit videos that contain 360 degree footage.
Our turnaround time is 1 – 2 Days and our revisions are 1 business day. But if your project is complex we might ask for additional hours and if it is simple we might take less than 1 business day.
  1. You fill out our form: link to form and tell us about the style you want and the budget you have per minute.
  2. We create a free 10-second to 1.5-minute video so you can make sure of the quality you’ll get before we start working on a real project.
  3. You tell us if you like the style and if you have any notes.
  4. You send us the footage for the first video, and any notes you want us to take in mind.
  5. We edit the video and send you a preview.
  6. You review the preview and give us feedback.
  7. We make any necessary changes and deliver the final video.
We will work with you to create a free 10- to 1.5-minute sample video in the style you requested. We will make all the edits on this sample video, and once you approve it, we will start working on your first video. The first few videos may require some edits from you, but after that, we will be able to create videos that perfectly match your vision.
If you’re using Google Drive, you can simply share the link to the folder with me. If you’re using Mega or Dropbox, you can create a shared link and send it to me.
  • For the first three videos, you’ll pay us in full once we’ve finished the video and you’ve approved all of the revisions.
  • After that, we’ll switch to a weekly or monthly payment schedule, depending on your preference.
  • The amount of each payment will depend on the budget we agreed upon per minute or per video.

We’ll send you an invoice once we’ve finished each video. You can pay us using PayPal.

You get unlimited revisions on your videos. This means that you can request as many changes as you need 🔁 until you’re completely happy with the final product. We know that every project is different, and we want to make sure that you get 🎯 exactly what you want. That’s why we offer ♾️ unlimited revisions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your video, so we’ll work with you until you get the results you want.
You will have direct access to your editor. You can ask them to do revisions, submit the video to you, and get your feedback. You will also have a project manager to ensure that everything is right. If you have any issues with either of them, please feel free to reach out to me directly, and I will do my best to solve the issue.
Yes, we offer color correction services, so you can be sure that your video will be looking its best. Color correction is the process of fixing any color imbalances or inconsistencies in your footage. This can include things like adjusting the white balance, correcting for exposure errors, and balancing the colors across different shots.
Yes, we offer closed captioning services. The price depends on the style of captions you want.
No, there are no restrictions on the length of a video for captioning. The price depends on our agreement.
Yes, we can add B-roll footage and music to your video. We can include your own B-roll footage, or we can add B-roll footage from stock footage libraries. Simply request it, and we will be happy to do so. We also have access to a large royalty-free music library.
No, there is no limit on the length of the raw video or the finished video. However, the price will depend on the length of the video.
Our editors use a variety of software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition. We also sometimes use DaVinci Resolve for color correction. This allows us to include better transitions and other animations in our videos. We also can provide you with the Premiere Project File if you prefer to add some finishing touches to your videos on your side.
Our team will follow your branding guidelines and make sure to make your videos better than your current ones. We can set up a meeting if you would like to explain the style in more detail.
Here is how it works: We will edit your video in the standard 16:9 format. Once you approve the video, we will resize it for other social media channels of your choice at no additional cost. Depending on the channels you choose, it may take an additional 24 hours to resize the video, but in most cases it would be less than 24 hours.
Yes we can on our new, by request. Also this would depend on our agreement. we can only render final videos in 1080p.
We can also submit the Premiere Project Files back to you.
